Who We Are

As a church, we want to uphold the invitation given in Ephesians 4 by allowing each joint of the body of Christ to safely grow, learn, and function in their gifts and callings. In doing this, our first objective is to follow Jesus and love others well through connection, ministry, community, and resources.

At this time, we are a church in transition. Northside is organized under the denominational leadership of the Assemblies of God, and we are under interim pastors. During this time of transition, we aim to build up in love for the purpose of every joint supplying their portion to the body.

Ephesians 4:14-16

14 As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming; 15 but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ, 16 from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love.
